6 Employers Conduct Hiring and Immigration Work With St. John's

St. Paul, Minnesota -- Six diverse employers from across the nation conduct foreign-born OT, PT and nurse hiring and immigration with St. John's.

St. John's Health Network has been selected by four separate employers to conduct full recruitment services of internationally-trained occupational and physical therapists, as well as nurses.  The hiring for all four employers is completed or in process.  The differences among the employers reflects St. John's ability to identify different clinical skill sets to meet the diverse needs of the American healthcare system.

One client is a large, midwestern therapy provider, the largest in its state.  St. John's has 68 OT and PT candidates in process with this client, with another 42 soon to be interviewed and hired.

Another client is a midwestern long-term care provider that manages more than 70 facilities in its reagion.  St. John's is helping this client identify and hire 10 registred nurses.

The third client is a regional manager of rehabilitation centers and long-term care facilities located in rural America.  St. John's has identified 10 nurses for this client and is soon to coordinate the hiring of therapists, as well.

The fourth client is one of the nation's most respected staffing agencies, on behalf of whom St. John's is recruiting 100 registered RNs.

The legal arm of St. John's Health Network, The Law Office of Patrick J. Page Attorney at Law, Ltd., has been chosen to conduct the immigration legal work for more than 50 therapists and nurses related to the recruitment of two employers.  Page Law is an independent law office that provides immigration legal services and support to St. John's Health Network, non-affiliated recruiters and to employers.

These two clients--an internationally-renowned recruitment agency and a regional therapy services provided in the Northwestern United States--are leveraging the law office's proprietary Page On Immigration immigration management system to coordinate and track the optimum workflow of each candidte.

Additionally, St. John's is conducting enculturation programs for some of these candidates prior to their arrival to the U.S.

St. John's Health Network and its associated law office have served more than 40 U.S. employers and helped more than 1,400 foreign-born health professionals work in America.
